"The channel used to have to piece together solutions," he said. "Now you can buy with (a) single SKU, and everything ready, pre-loaded. When it's installed at a customer site, you slide it into a rack, connect to power, connect to the network, answer 20 questions and within 30 minutes you have VDI up and ready to go.

“We have made it dead simple so the channel can spend a lot more time on the things that bring true profit: optimizing for software, BYOD, optimizing for unified communications, advance graphics processing,” McNaught said. “We've simplified all of this."
