Before Dell acquired it in in mid-2012, Wyse did all of its business through the channel. In the last year, its revenue through the channel has doubled. With its two newest products, introduced this week at the Citrix Synergy conference in Las Vegas, Dell Wyse aims to simplify virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) for customers, and make VDI deals easier and more profitable for partners.

The two new lines are designed to meet the high security needs of U.S. government customers, and make VDI solutions more affordable for small and mid-sized businesses. The following are six things solution providers should know about the new offerings.
