Fifty-two percent of organizations that utilize public cloud services said they use Amazon Web Services, a big jump from 39 percent in 2014. Meanwhile, Google (with Cloud and App Engine) jumped from 23 percent in 2014 to 38 percent. Microsoft Azure fell from 48 percent to 38 percent.
Salesforce, whose use wasn't measured in the 2014 survey, came in at 30 percent in 2016.
