Since entering the cloud four years ago, what has Avtex learned?
 
What we've found is (that) people originally thought that cloud would take all the burdens of managing internal IT off their shoulders, and we’ve found that, actually, that's not the case. The cloud provides a rapid way to move the applications; however, there are still aspects the customer absolutely needs help with. They need responsiveness, the ability to make modifications and customizations, and they need the technology to really drive their business strategy. That's where we really provide tremendous value. We help them not only migrate, but manage their apps, be responsive, and really provide the services that they've always had with an internal IT staff. Only now, Avtex is … managing their cloud technologies at a fraction of the cost (of) having that expertise (on staff).
