How did Avtex get into cloud services four years ago?

We have been very progressive around cloud. We were very early with selling Interactive Intelligence's Contact Center as a Service (CaaS) offering. And even prior to that, when Microsoft launched its Office 365, we built our Office 365 team - a practice started four years ago called "Silver Lining, which was our name of our cloud consultant group.

Silver Lining helps customers evaluate their applications -- which ones are on premise, and which ones should be taken to the cloud -- and [the program] helps them make those migrations using both Office 365 and Azure from Microsoft.
