Holly Green, CEO and managing director of The Human Factor and author of "More Than a Minute: How to be an Effective Leader and Manager in Today's Changing World," handed out some advice to solution providers at the recent XChange 2014 conference this week. Her talk, titled "Just Win!" focused on the attitudes and habits businesses should adopt to maximize success and keep stress and chaos at bay. Green has degrees in behavioral science and organizational development. Her post-graduate studies were in neurophysiology. She is an adjunct professor at Webster University, a member of several corporate boards and provides strategic advice to a number of nonprofit organizations.
