So are you guaranteeing any sort of backup should there be any down time?

I will say the large majority of the time, when we're doing SD-WAN, it's always two different access methods and with different media. So, like broadband over [coaxial] and Ethernet over fiber, or Ethernet over copper, … or maybe 4G backup … It's always two different physical access methods that we're using. The backup's there, so instead of them asking for an SLA on one or the other, they're saying, "Hey, all that goes to one site. If that site goes down, I want an SLA that covers the site. I don’t care about all the in between."
