About half of organizations represented in the survey are making significant progress toward achieving their digital business transformation goals, the survey found. Close to half – 49 percent – said they're making "excellent" or "very good" progress in getting closer to their customers, while 46 percent said the same about making gains in more data analysis to enable better decision making, as well as improved collaboration.

Also, 44 percent cited "excellent" or "very good" progress toward improved customer engagement, as well as the introduction of new products and services through improved enterprise agility.
