10 Ways To Show Your Employees You Care This Holiday Season

The Holiday Bonus

Money still speaks loudly, and it's still a popular perk with business, according to a report this week in The Wall Street Journal. The Journal, citing a recent survey of 500 human-resources executives in the U.S., said 75 percent of companies will give their workers extra cash for the holidays this year, up from 67 percent last year.

The average expected bonus is up, too, from $858 in 2015 to $1,081, and most firms planned to give between $100 and $500, the Journal reported.
