What do you do to attract Fortune 500 employees?

Promise them that they won't experience the status quo. [We] eliminate the world of bureaucracy and give them the vision of being able to have an impact on a broad range of clients from enterprise to lower-end clients, and actually see the fruits of your labor, as opposed to a Fortune 500 [company], where you're working on one thing … and executing on it, and it seems to be the "same old, same old."
