What investments do you plan to make internally staff-wise?

For our 300 employees, there are roughly 60 salespeople today, and … we don't have a lot of overhead. But basically, we have over 200 technologists. So, we want to continue to drive value and relevance for our customers by investing on the technology side of the business. For us, it then echoes back to [that] we compete in a highly competitive industry with other resellers … and solution providers and our real differentiation is the technical value we bring. We have experienced salespeople who understand this business. We sit down and we compete with other OEMs [and] we don’t represent other partners. Our value add and our differentiation is around our technical expertise and ability to articulate the best strategy and the best solution for our customers. So from a staffing perspective, you can look to us to continue to over-invest on the technical side. That doesn’t mean we won't add salespeople; we're still going to look for very good A-type players on the sales side. But were going to invest in two areas: one is solutions architects … [and] we're going to continue to invest in delivery personnel [and] consultants on the services side.

In three years, we'd love to be able to see 50 percent of our profit come from our services business.
