It Takes Hard Work

Northington adds that while the capabilities of the technology may be new, some old principles still apply. The features that come from cloud technology and cloud software might make your life easier, but it is important to work hard at training customers and clients in addition to employees.

"You still have to do good training," Northington said. "You do want people to adopt the solution, so you can’t skip the heavy lifting steps either. You do have to train and make people aware of what’s coming next. Those things have to be done too. That’s pretty standard."
