10. Establish Incentives For Employees
In a business, it’s not only the CEO, but also the employees who must strive to please customers. Steve Meek, co-founder and president of Keller, Texas-based solution provider Fulcrum Group Inc., said his company has quarterly themes that aim to incentivize employees to keep customers satisfied.
“We have quarterly themes that aim to encourage different activities,” he said. “This month (it’s) taking a client to lunch (with the) company reimbursing. If everyone in the company gets to lunch with three clients this quarter, there is a company prize.”
