Visualize Where You Want To Go

Wendy Petty (pictured), executive director of global channel sales at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, said it’s important to have a clear vision of where you want to go, and to drive toward that goal. While the goal might be as specific as attaining a certain job title, or as broad as just wanting to be successful, Petty said visualization and believing in yourself is key in reaching your goal.

"I'm a big believer in visualization … I look back and I worked so hard every single day and it doesn’t stop … You have to really believe in yourself and be confident," Petty said.
