Thinking Positive

Employees with a positive and hopeful outlook are an important part of the culture at Vology, says O'Shea.
"What we do is complicated," said O'Shea. "We work with difficult technologies. We work with things that a lot of people don’t understand.  We always have this frame to think positive. Every problem has a solution and it's our job to find out what those solutions are for the customers."
He said looking on the bright side of every opportunity is something that can fundamentally help a company's attitude towards finding a solution.
