Being able to grow and build upon your business year after year is something everyone seeks, says O'Shea. A key ingredient is growing a hard-working and dedicated staff from within.
"We want to grow our business and relationships with vendors and customers, but also employees," said O'Shea. "We give them opportunity to grow. We see ourselves as a platform for people get into the IT business."
O'Shea said someone who starts on the help desk at Vology can work his or her way up to an engineering job or to a position as an account manager.
"Whatever their passion is, we want to give them the opportunity to grow within that," said O'Shea.
