Number of new customers hyper-converged infrastructure technology pioneer Nutanix said it added during its third fiscal quarter, which ended April 30. The number represented a jump of nearly 15 percent, to 6,172. New customers were most focused on the Nutanix architecture for running enterprise application, virtual desktop infrastructure, and server virtualization or private cloud workloads, the company said as it announced its numbers for the quarter.
