Harding: It's an outstanding course and it really cuts down to the barebones of the who, what, when, why, and where, and what really matters. There's even a section in there called "So What?" It cuts right to the heart of why the end user should care about it and how [partners] should formulate their methods to the respective client to really get their point across. All these cloud services that are out there today are not created equal, so it's very useful to us in determining who the players are, who the experts are, and where we should spend our time.
