Formats that are difficult to read

Don't confuse hiring managers who are just trying to find information on your resume quickly. They shouldn't have to hunt for things like past jobs, accomplishments or education stats in some quirky, non-standard layout. Hiring managers are more concerned with the quality of the content than how creative you've been with your resume's appearance.
