That means successful solution providers will have to build skillsets in cloud management, compliance, billing, chargeback, and service catalogs, Bova said. For some, that will mean learning to partner with third-party providers, and even competitors, with some of those skills. "It's because the end user is looking for flexibility in the cloud environment," she said.
