Microsoft Partners See Lots Of Dollars In Vendor’s Cloud Outreach To Channel

Craig Sandman, senior director of cloud alliances and channel programs for NaviSite, Time Warner Cable's cloud provider division, called Microsoft’s cloud services the most "straightforward" opportunity partners have had in a while because a majority of his clients are potential prospects since Microsoft is a household name. More often than not, clients are asking about Office 365, Sandman said.

"Clients are saying, 'I'm looking to buy this specific thing, and tell me why I should buy it from you.' It's just a more efficient kind of conversation." he said. "Now, we are really just talking about why we should be the customer's distribution channel."
