Solution providers that have K-12 school districts as clients could be looking at more opportunities over the next few years as they help schools implement solutions for personalized learning strategies to better engage students who might not otherwise learn to their full potential. Personalized learning gives students more choice over what and how they learn, and at a pace that's comfortable for them.

Technology solutions and managed services provider Logicalis believes many K-12 administrators need direction about the kinds of technologies to implement and the best ways to roll them out.

Extra money would also help, according to Adam Petrovsky, who leads the government and education practice for New York-based Logicalis.
