Now you can call any office and you can reach any employee and be transferred to a staff member at any office. So their phone numbers can follow them from office to office.
From a safety perspective, [the system also has] Enhanced 911 services so that we know that even though [an] employee has moved two or three times over the year, no matter where they've moved … We have them covered. The 911 settings are there so that they're identified correctly [based on] what office they're working at.
