Many solution providers know the value of content in cajoling potential customers toward buying.
And businesses – especially their IT departments – are paying attention, according to a recent report from NetLine Corp., a content syndication and lead-generation network based in Los Gatos, Calif.
Information technology professionals in the U.S. consumed about 13 percent more content last year across NetLine's content syndication lead-generation network than they did in 2015, driving up the demand for more content in this "active and growing audience," NetLine said in the report. Internationally, that percentage was five times greater: 65 percent.
