ITSM Beyond IT
IT service management (ITSM) has become a key operational framework for corporate IT organizations to help them align IT service delivery with the needs of the business.
But ITSM is no longer just for IT, argues solution provider giant Logicalis. By extending ITSM principles into what Logicalis calls "enterprise service management," organizations can realize "significantly broader company-wide efficiencies," such as improved operations, higher customer satisfaction, lower compliance risks and costs, and better resource management.
