Russell urged partners to keep their websites up-to-date with videos about company culture and what it’s like to work at the company. Too often, though, Russell said the videos he’s seen on company websites aren’t very good. 

A strong website will offer prospective employees a career section, the ability to engage with content, examples of areas within the company they could work and the ability for job seekers to contact the company through a filter.

“You have to be promoting on your website,” Russell said.
