A robust technology job market looms in 2016, according to several reports. That will create opportunities for information technology professionals, but pose challenges for solution providers – especially those that are growing – in the new year.

The opportunities for the IT professionals include possible bumps in pay, helped in part by an improving job market. But that will create challenges for growing solution providers with limited budgets to pony up the money that can attract the talent they need to get the work done. That goes for professionals on both the delivery and sales sides.
