Here's Where SPs Can Make Bank In The Unified Communications Space

Unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) is a fast-growing market in which solution providers can pull in rich revenue streams through managed services as things like video and mobile become more critical for business.

Research firm MarketsandMarkets says UC as a Service will grow from $15.1 billion in 2015 to $24.9 billion in 2020, representing a compound annual growth rate of nearly 11 percent.

Kevin Suitor (pictured), vice president of product management at Boston-based WAN optimization and unified communications specialist Exinda Networks, said solution providers should jump onto the opportunities surrounding UC&C if they haven't already. "No one should need to tell you that UC&C is a good area to get into," Suitor said in an interview with IT Best of Breed.

Suitor talked to BoB about the biggest opportunities for solution providers in the UC&C market and the trends channel partners need to know.
