Skills Gaps Are A Problem

Solution Provider Takeaway: A customer that fits this description may be willing to call on a cloud services provider to help fill that gap if a long-term opex investment in cloud is not an option. If you have the skills on staff, that may be a decent card to play. In fact, Softchoice found that 24 percent of organizations surveyed call on outside help, while 42 percent utilize a mix of internal and external resources.
