Have you noticed customers becoming more interested in cloud-based UC? 

Businesses are definitely starting to come around. I've been promoting this for about nine years now – it has been our claim to fame since before the term "cloud" was really cranked up. It was really an uphill battle. [In the beginning] clients thought, “It will never work,” or “What if this happens or that happens?” But it's really gotten better and is being embraced by the business community. I think there is some more education that has to be put out there to the public to get them to embrace [cloud] but it is certainly an easier sell now, especially when we show them what we can do to protect their calls that a [plain old telephone service] POTS line can't do.
