There are so many opportunities for partners in security today that, sometimes, it can be hard to choose where to place your bets. Scott Gordon (pictured), chief operating officer at security vendor FinalCode, said one area partners should evaluate is secure file sharing and collaboration, an area he said is driving more attention from customers and is evolving to be more user-friendly.

According to Gartner, the enterprise synchronization and sharing market – which includes FinalCode - is expected to exceed $1.5 billion by 2018, with security one of the key focus areas. With strong market growth and technology changes that make it easier for partners to get involved, here are five trends that Gordon said show that it’s a good time for partners to get involved in the secure file sharing and collaboration market.
