As more companies realize the importance of investing in mobile strategies, CIOs are eyeing the benefits of mobile application development for maturing organization processes.

According to a recent survey by open source software maker Red Hat, 90 percent of businesses will increase investment in mobile application development within the next 12 months. Red Hat's survey polled the views of IT decision makers from 200 organizations across the U.S. and western Europe.

This increased investment in mobile applications is critical for solution providers that play a key role in simplifying, developing and maintaining mobile app development for customers to manage production tools, facilitate analysis of critical data or improve IT management systems.
