This broad-based certification covers everything from availability and capacity management to change and incident management to application and IT operations management.

This is the entry-level ITIL certification and provides and understanding of the IT life cycle and the concepts and terminology surrounding it. It is one of the few certifications that focuses on the intersection of IT and the needs of the business.

Over the past three decades, ITIL has become the most widely used framework for IT management in the world. There are no prerequisites for the certification beyond passing an exam.
