After all the attention Pokemon Go generated in 2016, the "game-changing" technologies of virtual and augmented reality will come to the workplace, CSC's Hushon predicts.

"Pilot projects [will] turn into established tools that can aid workers in fields as diverse as travel and transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector, retail, training and more," he writes, adding that businesses will have to make deep commitments.
