There are two aspects, one is a challenge and one is what I want to do. One is that I want to take to the organization where it wants to go. So that's one part of the CIO, that we need to create a technology strategy roadmap that at least helps the business with what they want to do and we are partnering with the business with that. The second part is the key pain points that we're facing, which I kind of touched on before. [One of our] servers we bought it six months ago and the motherboard failed. The whole company was down. These are the kinds of things, I need to make sure the company is secure as we grow.
