For those providers that do have sales teams and encourage "teaming," [between the agent partners and the internal sales teams], they need to make sure that once their salesperson is let into an agent’s account, they make sure that the salesperson does not try to "unseat" the agent. At GCN, we have agreements with over 200 providers. Many of these providers are indeed channel-friendly, [and] I have not been seeing major drops in sales across the channel.
