In the data center space, is the leasing model winning out over buying right now?

When we work with providers they'll say, 'We need a lot of network in this location. Can you look it up and see who's there?' So when we look into it, we can if they are interested in buying another provider's data center.

But some are more interested in leasing. We've done this for carriers, where they want data center space in another provider's data center. Instead of putting that huge amount of money to do their own build, they are putting their toe in the water and taking 500 square feet in a strategic data center to see how they do with cloud and then go from there.
