This will be a dominant topic during the Tuesday sessions, starting with a keynote from leadership consultant Fred Kiel. The title of his address, “The Return on Character,” will focus on the findings of his seven-year research project that examined the connection between the leaders’ character and its impact on bottom-line results. A subsequent panel discussion featuring IT vendors and suppliers will address growth opportunities, how their partner networks are evolving and how they’re responding to the needs of today's customers.
