2015 was a year of change for mobile security, as several trends emerged, including the popularity of wearable devices and the increase in mobile malware.

On the heels of these changes, 2016 will be the "first year of true transformation," according to Ojas Reje, vice president of business development at MobileIron, a Mountain View, Calif.-based mobile security vendor.
