Joe Rittenhouse, president of business development and managing partner at Converged Technology Professionals, a ShoreTel Platinum Partner based in Crystal Lake, Ill., after Mitel agreed to acquire ShoreTel for $530 million, which would make it the second-largest player in the Unified Communications as a Service market.
