Number of shares of stock that storage technology developer Tintri plans to offer in its initial public offering. The company, based in Mountain View, Calif., was expected to launch its IPO last week, but instead filed an S-1 document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission detailing a price cut in the stock. The anticipated price is expected to fall between $7 and $8 a share as Tintri seeks to raise between $59.5 million and $68 million. Earlier, the company's expected offer was 8.7 million shares at between $10.50 and $12.50. That would have raised $91.4 million to $108.8 million.
