Is there a lot of opportunity ahead in the cloud for the channel with such things as application development, application rollout, testing and the like?

Yes, there's a lot of opportunity. Application development is going to be slightly different [to] more of a service provider [model] like we are. Coding, and coding for applications [are] a certain skillet and automating your processes is something different because you have to understand ITIL, you have to understand best practices, whatever works, etc., so there's opportunity across the board with cloud.
