That's what Darren Bibby, vice president of channels and alliances and research for IDC, told 900 people during the Ingram Micro Cloud Summit earlier this month at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix.   

Bibby urged solution providers to build and sustain relationships across their enterprise customer base, invest in digital marketing and keep an eye out for born-in-the-cloud competitors.
