10 Most Popular Ticket Management Vendors

Both mainstream and specialized vendors have jumped into incident management tools, which solution providers use to create, update and resolve issues reported by customers.

To figure out which incident or ticket management solutions are most popular, the Help Desk Institute (HDI) surveyed 803 technical professionals in more than 30 vertical industries, as well as more than 250 outsourced support centers.

The three most popular solutions are used by more than half of support organizations, HDI found. The field gets much more crowded after that, according to HDI, with the fourth through ninth most popular offerings enjoying nearly identical amounts of usage.
