What are the things they find most surprising about the migrations?

I think what's surprising to me when we go into a customer is how much they don’t necessarily know about their environment or the level of organic growth that they’ve had over time … And they have an environment that, in some cases, they're not even 100 percent clear on what they’ve got and where it's at and who owns the processes around it, especially with regard to applications and things like that. It's surprising to me that sometimes … it takes them a while to find the application owner or it takes them a while to [get] the information that you need. You would think that they have all of that operational data at their fingertips. They don’t really; I think it's just not up to-date information.
